Our story

Webloyalty was established in the UK in 2007 and has since expanded into France, Spain, Brazil, Ireland, the Netherlands, Mexico, Poland and Belgium. To support our market expansion, in 2012 we centralised our customer service operations and opened a European service centre in Switzerland.

Webloyalty partners with over 200 businesses globally. These range from large multichannel or pure-play retailers, to international travel and entertainment brands, to domestic ecommerce businesses. We help them build stronger relationships with their customers, and drive additional revenue through post-transactional marketing. Read more about our programmes.

We’re members of the UK Direct Marketing Association (DMA). We work with Conlumino, a leading retail research agency and consulting firm, to produce bespoke industry research reports. We also work with retail and ecommerce experts, Retail Insider and regularly support their industry events. Through these relationships, we engage with many UK businesses and are at the forefront of market news and developments.
